This was a great place to stay for a ladies weekend. Plenty of room for five of us to spread out and be comfortable. I loved the path down the block. I was able to run and walk on it during our stay.I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Raleigh.
The Patio Pad it was in a great location in Raleigh!! It is close to many popular groceries, restaurants and stores in a sweet neighborhood, with a nice playground . The house was tastefully decorated, extremely clean and quite spacious. Although we didn't get to enjoy the backyard patio because of our short stay, it would make a great gathering place, with grill, covered seating, ceiling fans and fenced-in outdoor area to enjoy! Deborah was a very gracious hostess, easy to get in touch with, providing many extra amenities. Check-in/checkout was extremely easy and flexible . Thank you so much for a Truly Wonderful Stay for me and my family! We enjoyed every moment!!
Beautiful, clean home perfect for families and kiddos! Debra responded within minutes every time we contacted her. The house was easy to check in to and everything was as described. The area is gorgeous with a great park and playground nearby. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great stay at Downtown Diggs. Location was moments away from everything we needed. The condo was in great condition and perfectly clean. Debrah made everything so easy for us. She also went out of her way to provide little additives for the dogs we were traveling with. Just above and beyond. Will absolutely be staying here again in the future.
Downtown Digs was an amazing and stress free stay! One of the most detailed places I’ve stayed. Everything was labeled and had clear instructions. Communication was superb as we decided to extend our stay one additional night! And the place was extremely clean. Would stay again 100%!
Yes! We understand how important a fenced yard can be, especially for guests traveling with pets. Over the past year, we have added fences to four of our properties, so every home in our portfolio (except the condo) now features a private, fenced-in backyard. These spaces provide a safe area for pets to enjoy while also offering guests additional privacy and a more comfortable outdoor experience.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 97% refund of the total booking charges. The remaining 3% represents credit card processing fees that are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 15 days but less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 47% refund of the total booking charges. The remaining amount reflects the 3% credit card processing fee that is non-refundable.

Guests who choose to pay by Venmo may receive the full refund amounts outlined below, as no credit card processing fees will apply:
- The beds will have freshly laundered linens
- Shampoo,conditioner and soap
- Towels/washcloths
- The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Basic spices are also available.
- Each bathroom contains 4 rolls of toilet paper
- Two rolls of paper towels
- Trash bags
- Hairdryer
- Iron/board
- Detergent (for dishwasher and washing machine)
-Once the rental agreement is signed, you will receive a guidebook to help you plan your stay. This email will also contain your door code (which will not activate until your check-in time) and the property address. You will also be emailed a reminder of the address and code, 4 days before check-in.
-The yard is mowed weekly (except during the winter months). They will not arrive before 10am.
- We understand that accidents can happen. If something gets broken, please inform us as soon as possible. Additionally, if you notice any issues, such as a burnt-out lightbulb, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know.
-Trash day is noted at the properties. Please place the bins by the road by the evening before.
- The properties are located in residential neighborhoods. Please be repsectful of the neighbors by keeping outside quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
