97.00% of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. 47.00% of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

-Once the rental agreement is signed, you will receive a guidebook to help you plan your stay. This email will also contain your door code (which will not activate until your check-in time) and the property address. You will also be emailed a reminder of the address and code, 4 days before check-in.
-The yard is mowed weekly (except during the winter months). They will not arrive before 10am.
- We understand that accidents can happen. If something gets broken, please inform us as soon as possible. Additionally, if you notice any issues, such as a burnt-out lightbulb, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know.
-Trash day is noted at the properties. Please place the bins by the road by the evening before.
Check-out time is 11am, as the cleaner will arrive shortly after to get the house ready for the next guest,
-We try to keep it simple!
-Leave beds unmade… no need to strip them.
-Place used towels in any shower/bathtub
-Put your trash in outside trash bins
-Put dishes in dishwasher and start (fast wash, if it’s an option)

-Up to two pets are allowed for a $75 pet fee. They must be at least 1 year of age, house trained, and fixed.
Each property has a “Furry Friends” basket that has sheets (if they like to sleep on a bed), towel, food/water bowl
Please make sure the yard is cleaned of any deposits from the pets and placed in the outside trash bin
If a pet is brought without prior notification, a $200 fee will be charged, and the guest will be evicted immediately without a refund.
A rental agreement will be sent automatically after booking. This must be signed (electronically) within 24 hours of booking. The guidebook, property address and door code will not be sent out without this signed
- You will be required to upload a government-issued photo ID that matches the name on both your account and credit card.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors; however, it is permitted outside. Please ensure that cigarette butts are properly disposed of in the outside trash bin once fully extinguished. To prevent smoke from entering the home, please keep doors and windows closed.
- This is a residential neighborhood - Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm-8am
If there are no guests checking out on the same day, you are welcome to arrive at your convenience. However, please confirm with us the evening prior, as we accommodate same-day bookings and will need to verify availability. In the event that another guest is checking out that day, we will notify you if the cleaning is completed before the 4:00 PM check-in time. Please note that late check-outs are generally not available, as we require sufficient time for our cleaning team to prepare the property for the next guests. To guarantee an early check-in, we recommend booking an additional night.
Each property is equipped with a pack-n-play, and some also offer high chairs, baby bathtubs, and other amenities. If you require any of these items, please feel free to confirm in advance. If they are not already available at the property, we will ensure they are provided for your stay.
We take pride in our ability to respond promptly, typically within minutes. However, there may be occasions when we are in appointments or otherwise occupied, which could cause a slight delay. Be assured that we will respond as quickly as possible.
